Lumper Pay:
$16.00 per hour.
Schedule:
6:00 AM-4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
Manually unload boxes and merchandise from trailers. Sort products by item, order, or warehouse location. Build stable pallets according to stacking instructions. Wrap and secure pallets for safe transport and storage. Verify quantities and report damaged products or discrepancies. Move materials using pallet jacks or authorized equipment. Keep trailers, loading docks, and work areas clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and work with teammates to meet daily unloading goals.
Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physically demanding work. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Ability to follow instructions and handle merchandise carefully. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude. Previous warehouse, unloading, or pallet-building experience is preferred. Available to work the full scheduled shift.
