Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production flow. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help maintain a productive, efficient, and safe work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing while contributing to high-quality product output. Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products in accordance with safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to promote safety and efficiency Follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely completion of tasks Requirements Some general labor, construction, maintenance, or hands-on experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and show up on time Willing to learn new skills and take direction Good work ethic and positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be comfortable with physical labor Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness We are looking for someone who is responsible, motivated, and willing to learn.
Pay:
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
