Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse and Staging Associate, where your energy and precision will drive the seamless flow of furniture and accessories through our warehouse and into homes. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and ensuring that all warehouse operations meet safety standards and quality expectations. Your proactive approach will contribute to timely order fulfillment, accurate stock management, and a safe working environment for everyone. We value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced logistics setting. Responsibilities Manage inventory control. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stocking, and packing furniture. Assist in order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to support timely staging delivery and install. Follow safety procedures consistently by adhering to safety regulations, and participating in safety our safety rules. Support warehouse operations by load & unload activities, organizing materials on pallets or shelves for easy access and efficient workflow. Driving work automobiles, including a box truck. Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics environment preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and consistently follow safety regulations including OSHA standards Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing tasks Proven experience in warehouse operations including stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management best practices is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
