Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a temporary assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Warehouse Associate will help prepare, verify, pack, label, stage, and reconcile supplies and operational materials in a structured warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, clear procedures, teamwork, and contributing to an important community-focused operation. Requirements NOT able to commit to next 8-10 weeks without missing a day, will not be considered. Must be a US Citizen Extended hours, extended workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs. Must Pass a background and drug screen Key Responsibilities
  • Count, sort, organize, pack, label, verify, stage, and reconcile precinct supplies, election materials, containers, and related operational items.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, packing lists, supply lists, labels, checklists, inventory records, and established warehouse procedures.
  • Identify and promptly report missing, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, excess, misplaced, or inconsistent items.
  • Follow inventory, security, accountability, safety, and material-handling procedures at all times.
  • Perform warehouse and material-handling activities, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive handling.
  • Report unsafe conditions, workplace incidents, equipment concerns, property damage, or security concerns through established procedures. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
  • Assignment dates: September 28, 2026, through November 13, 2026.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Additional hours and weekends may be required.
