Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Odessa, FL. If you thrive in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment and have a passion for pets, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

Accurately pack and ship products to major retailers like Amazon and Chewy, as well as directly to customers. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and on time to meet shipping deadlines. Maintain organization and accuracy in our distribution center. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent ✔ Ability to lift up to 45 lbs ✔ Strong attention to detail and organization skills ✔ Proficiency in English reading and numerical recognition ✔ Basic computer skills; ShipStation experience is a plus ✔ Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment ✔ Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
