Southland Employment is hiring Warehouse Assembly Workers for an immediate opening at a premier local fulfillment center in Opa-locka. No experience is required! If you are reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we will provide all the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Box Assembly:

Fold, assemble, and prepare corrugated bins, display racks, and cardboard boxes.

Packaging & Processing:

Perform light assembly and basic packaging tasks to prepare customer orders.

Material Handling:

Safely move materials and finished inventory throughout the warehouse floor.

Workspace Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area to ensure a safe environment.

Team Support:

Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned by leadership.

Safety First:

Follow all established safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or general labor environment is a plus, but not required .

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive hand/arm movements for up to 8 hours.

Lifting Ability:

Must be comfortably able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Environment:

Comfortable working productively in a fast-paced fulfillment setting.

Required Gear:

You must provide and wear your own steel-toe boots .

Provided PPE:
