About the Role The Dockhand supports the marina team by delivering excellent service to marina members and guests. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including daily dock operations and assisting boaters as needed. The Dockhand helps maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized harbor and marina facility while consistently providing high-quality customer service and enhancing the overall member experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Provide P32 members with the best experience possible Greet all customers in a manner that reflects a kind, courteous, and professional character Assist in orienting members and guests to the marina, facilities, and respond to commonly asked questions Support customers with general boating needs Wash, clean, and maintain vessels to ensure they are presentable, safe, and ready for use Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vessels, docks, and marina equipment Clean and maintain restrooms, docks, walkways, grounds, and other areas as designated by management Ensure docks and equipment are operational at all times Comply with OSHA regulations, environmental regulations, and adhere to all site rules and expectations Perform other duties as assigned by the

Manager Technical and Physical Requirements:

Ability to work safely around the water Must be able to swim Ability to lift 30 pounds Basic boat handling skills preferred Previous marina experience preferred Previous customer service experience preferred
