We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, moving materials throughout the dock area, and helping ensure shipments are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and dock environment. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently Move, sort, stage, and organize freight throughout the dock area Verify shipments and check freight for damage or discrepancies Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other material-handling equipment Assist with preparing freight for incoming and outgoing shipments Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to keep freight moving efficiently Report damaged freight, safety concerns, or shipment discrepancies to a supervisor Perform other warehouse and dock-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, dock, freight, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

Pay:

$22.90 - $27.60 per hour
