� Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator � Davie, FL | � $18-$19/hour | � Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:00 PM We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operation in Davie, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, communicates well, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day. � Responsibilities Process and tag returned products each morning as drivers unload. Print return paperwork and other documents as needed. Assist management with morning dispatch operations. Take and review driver dispatch photos to ensure all drivers are properly dispatched. Monitor driver progress throughout the day and help ensure routes stay within scheduled delivery windows. Communicate with drivers, customers, and management regarding deliveries, delays, service updates, and issues. Provide general administrative and logistics support as needed. � Qualifications Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, delivery, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
