Paid on-the-job training Work alongside an experienced and supportive parts team Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, accessories, and service Ongoing training and development opportunities What You'll Do As a Parts Warehouse Clerk at Allen Turner Hyundai, you'll help ensure our parts department operates efficiently by receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing parts accurately and on time.
Responsibilities include:
Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities against packing slips Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any shortages or damaged merchandise Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Pull and stage parts for technicians and service advisors Deliver parts throughout the dealership as needed Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Properly label, store, and rotate inventory Assist with returns, warranty parts, and core processing Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and carts Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient operations Perform other duties as assigned What Helps You Succeed We're looking for dependable team players who take pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and providing excellent internal customer service.
Preferred qualifications include:
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred Automotive dealership or automotive parts experience is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening If you're looking for a stable career with opportunities for growth, a supportive team, and a company that values hard work and dedication, we'd love to meet you.
