Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate at Pierson Supply in Pierson, FL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and delivering to customers in the area.

Warehouse Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, upload, label, store) Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Accepting delivery of inventory Counting and confirming inventory Loading and wrapping stock on pallets Complete deliveries by driving truck to and from customers

Requirements & Skills:

18 years of age or older Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Quick learner with attention to detail Action oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse Candidates must pass a background check to be considered for this position Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
