Job Description

About the Job We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team as a Produce Warehouse Selector . This is a hands-on job in a busy, refrigerated produce warehouse. You'll be responsible for pulling customer orders, getting pallets ready to ship, and making sure the right product gets on the right truck. The work can move quickly, especially during our busy seasons, so we're looking for someone who can stay focused, work safely, and take pride in getting the job done right. What You'll Be Doing Pull customer orders from the cooler and make sure each order is selected accurately. Stage completed orders in the correct location and keep pallets organized. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Attach the correct outbound tags to each pallet before it is loaded. Attach GTIN tags accurately to each pallet for product traceability. Load and unload trucks as needed. Occasionally help with lumping , including assisting with loading and unloading trailer contents. Help restack trailers when needed. Keep coolers and warehouse areas organized and clean. Occasionally help with repacking produce. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Follow FDA, USDA, HACCP, and PrimusGFS requirements. Work as part of the warehouse team and help wherever needed to keep orders moving. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and shows up ready to work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment . Able to work well with a team and communicate with coworkers. Detail-oriented, especially when selecting orders and applying pallet tags. Comfortable operating a forklift or pallet jack. Forklift certification is strongly preferred. Able to follow food safety and workplace safety procedures. Willing to work in a cold, refrigerated environment . Able to lift up to 50-60 pounds . Previous warehouse, produce, or food distribution experience is preferred, with 2+ years of experience a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Schedule This is a full-time position, generally 40-48 hours per week , with additional hours possible during peak produce seasons. Weekend and occasional night work may be required , depending on business and shipping needs. Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
