Position Summary Profab Electronics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse, receiving, inventory, and material-handling activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will assist with receiving incoming materials, organizing and storing inventory, maintaining accurate material identification, preparing materials for production, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The Warehouse Assistant will work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams to ensure materials are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily receiving and warehouse operations. Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials. Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation. Assist with identifying and reporting shortages, damages, incorrect shipments, and other material discrepancies. Properly label, identify, and store received materials. Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with inventory counts. Pull and stage materials for production as requested. Move materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow company procedures related to safety, quality, ESD, material handling, and inventory control. Assist with maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation. Operate warehouse equipment safely, as authorized and trained. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident). Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials as required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
