The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including picking and verifying orders, loading, and unloading of products, and inventory control using warehouse equipment state of the art technology . The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships. Duties and Responsibilities Daily loading and unloading of products. Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise. Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy. Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed. Required Qualifications Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance. Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device. Assist with physical inventory and inventory control. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
