Help keep our technicians stocked, our warehouse organized, and our fleet ready for the day. TitanZ Plumbing & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse & Procurement Associate to support our plumbing and HVAC operations. This is a hands-on position combining inventory control, purchasing, warehouse organization, local supply runs, and fleet maintenance coordination. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will help ensure our technicians have the materials, tools, and vehicles they need to complete jobs efficiently. What You'll Do Keep inventory accurate and organized: Maintain labeled stock areas, perform warehouse and truck inventory counts, track tools, and help maintain appropriate stock levels.

Support purchasing and receiving:

Create purchase orders, order approved materials, verify deliveries, restock shelves and trucks, and process vendor returns.

Maintain inventory records:

Record material transfers, adjustments, and receipts. Use ServiceTitan and inventory software to help keep item records, vendor information, and pricing current.

Prepare technicians for their day:

Assist with morning parts pickup, stage materials for scheduled jobs, and communicate shortages, backorders, or substitutions.

Make local supply runs:

Pick up approved parts and supplies from vendors and retailers to support jobs and replenishment needs.

Support fleet readiness:

Track maintenance needs and records, assist with service coordination, monitor vehicle supplies and equipment, and help keep vehicles clean and organized.

Help control costs:

Compare vendor pricing, identify purchasing efficiencies, and help reduce unnecessary trips and overstocking. Maintain clean, safe work areas: Keep the warehouse and parking areas orderly and assist with routine facility tasks, including trash removal, beverage restocking, and office A/C filter changes.

Support the procurement team:

Provide coverage and assist with related duties as needed. What We're Looking For Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow through without repeated reminders. Ability to prioritize requests while keeping accurate records. Clear, professional communication with technicians, vendors, and coworkers. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and purchasing systems. A valid driver's license and ability to safely complete local supply runs. Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, loading, unloading, and moving materials, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Experience Warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, or receiving. Familiarity with plumbing or HVAC parts, materials, and tools. ServiceTitan or other inventory management software. Fleet maintenance scheduling or vehicle recordkeeping. What Success Looks Like Technicians start their day with the right materials.
