This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your HVAC knowledge and warehouse management skills to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for handling HVAC parts, servicing walk in contractors, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities Manage inventory control through precise data entry, order management system updates, and regular stock audits Assist customers at the counter by providing expert product recommendations. Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts and equipment Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely to organize stock and facilitate inventory movement. Experience Prior experience in warehouse management or counter sales is highly preferred Familiarity with supply chain management principles, including procurement, sourcing, and inventory management Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, and equipment repair processes Proven ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus Experience working with ERP systems, order management systems. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence.
