Summary Power Systems Inc. of Florida (PSIF) is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This position plays a critical role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting team goals. This will be temp to full-time position. A 90-Day Review will be conducted to determine full-time status. Responsibilities Package and ship outgoing products accurately and efficiently Build pallets and crates as needed for shipments Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Process warehouse shipping paperwork and documentation Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and coordinate LTL freight shipments Assist with receiving activities as needed Support Return Goods Authorization (RGA) receiving processes Reconcile inventory returned from fabrication, receiving, and customer sales orders Prepare for and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts Perform company pick-ups and deliveries as needed Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Order and monitor warehouse supplies Collect and dispose of warehouse and office trash Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned Qualifications Required Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly UPS Worldwide Shipping Program Knowledge FedEx Freight Shipping Program Knowledge Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Forklift operation experience Basic computer skills Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience Experience processing shipping documentation and Bills of Lading Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Benefits & Perks At Power Systems Inc of Florida, we don't just work here - we own it!
