Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 1st Shift Production Associate - Material Handler! In this energetic role, you'll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring materials are efficiently moved, organized, and prepared for manufacturing operations. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will help maintain smooth workflows, support quality standards, and keep production on track. Duties Safely operate pallet jacks to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas Assist with packaging products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Support manufacturing processes by handling materials, loading and unloading machinery, and organizing inventory for easy access Use hand tools and basic machining equipment to prepare components or assist with minor repairs as needed Maintain accurate inventory records through basic math calculations and data entry, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date Conduct routine inspections of storage areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to handle hand tools and basic machining tasks Familiarity with packaging techniques used in manufacturing environments Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with CGMP standards is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and measurements Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive approach to safety compliance Join us in a role where your energy fuels our production line! Hours :
