Warehouse Associate Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution and warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and timely shipping and receiving activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and order processing Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse experience Working knowledge of shipping and receiving , pick/pack , and inventory control Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
