Suntech is a leading company committed to producing high-quality aluminum doors.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in door manufacturing. You will be responsible for accurately fabricating and assembling aluminum doors, ensuring that all products are made to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
Fabrication & Assembly :
Use basic hand tools (saws, drills, riveters, etc.) to efficiently cut, fabricate, and assemble aluminum screendoors with precision.
Product Inspection :
Ensure that all fabricated doors meet quality standards before they are sent for shipment.
Warehouse Equipment :
Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when necessary.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other warehouse and manufacturing team members to meet daily production and shipment goals.
Maintain Cleanliness :
Ensure that the warehouse and work area are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Safety Compliance :
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience :
Previous experience in warehouse operations, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred.
Technical Skills :
Strong proficiency with basic hand tools (e.g., saws, drills, measuring tools) for aluminum fabrication.
Physical Ability :
Able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods. Attention to
Detail :
Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all fabrication tasks.
Measurement Skills :
Able to read a tape measure and follow precise measurements and instructions.
Computer Skills :
Basic computer skills to manage inventory and track orders.
Teamwork :
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with team members.
Time Management :
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
