We're a hands-on, customer-focused team delivering reliable service to the construction and renovation community in our area. Job Summary We're hiring a reliable, safety-minded Delivery Driver / Warehouse to join our team. You'll handle local deliveries of trim materials to job sites, warehouses, and customers across Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and nearby areas. This is a key role that keeps our customers happy and projects moving—perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, interacting with pros, and contributing to the local building scene. Key Responsibilities Safely load, secure, and deliver trim products (molding, boards, bundles, etc.) using company vehicles (box truck/van). Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs/records. Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road (e.g., pulling orders, stocking shelves, helping load/unload). Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites—verify orders, obtain signatures, and address basic questions. Follow all DOT safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws. Report any issues with vehicles, loads, or routes promptly. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area. Requirements Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3-5 years). Class B CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain one—we may assist with training for the right candidate); Class C acceptable for smaller vehicles/routes. At least 21 years old (insurance requirement). Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and handle bulky/longer items (trim bundles can be awkward). Reliable transportation to/from work and strong work ethic. Basic math skills for order verification and good communication skills. Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check. Experience in construction supply delivery, lumber/trim, or warehouse preferred but not required—we'll train the right person! What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18-$22/hour (based on experience; potential for more with CDL) + overtime opportunities.
