Job Description
Looking for an Equipment/Maintenance Technician to work in a Warehouse/Distribution location in Sarasota. Temp to Hire position, M-F, 7am-3:30pm. $17-19 This position is responsible for assembling, rebuilding, refurbishing, and testing commercial equipment in our warehouse. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components. Responsibilities Assemble, rebuild, and refurbish commercial equipment and machines Work on commercial dishwashers, ice machines, water softeners, and OPL laundry equipment Install and connect plumbing, pumps, hoses, valves, motors, switches, and other components Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and make necessary repairs Disassemble used equipment, clean components, and replace worn or damaged parts Test completed machines to ensure proper operation before they leave the warehouse Read and follow equipment diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications #
