Ability to move quickly between "dry" and "cooler" sections as priorities shift throughout the day.

A "helper" mentality-willing to jump in on cleaning or baling cardboard even if it's not their primary task.

Punctuality:

Since the shift starts early (7:00 AM), a proven track record of consistent attendance is a huge plus.
