Warehouse Workers We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a growing warehouse and distribution team in the Tallahassee area. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement operations. Candidates with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, retail stock, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment Receive incoming products and verify inventory Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or general labor environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and good attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
