Schedule:
1st shift: Monday
  • Friday, 7:00am
  • 3:30 PM. 2nd shift: Monday
  • Friday, 3:00pm-11:30 PM.

Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in following structured processes, maintaining strong attendance, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly. Success in this position comes down to consistency, accuracy, and accountability. What We're Looking For:
We are specifically looking for individuals who: Follow processes consistently and understand the importance of accuracy. Have strong attendance and show up on time, every day. Work well within a team and communicate effectively. Take ownership of their responsibilities and follow through on tasks. Are comfortable in a structured, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse. Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures. Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control.
Audits & Accuracy:
Assist with routine inventory audits. Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them. Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers . Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required:
Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment. 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting). Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
