Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, ensuring proper handling of goods in compliance with safety standards. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products systematically and ensuring easy access for order fulfillment. Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment details, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment documentation. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements during shipping and receiving procedures. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics providers and internal departments. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes preferred. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes. Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Knowledge of trade compliance regulations and international trade procedures is a plus. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and assist customers professionally. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
