Part-Time (Potential to turn Full-Time) Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:00 PM to 11:00
PM:
Thursday and Overtime as needed.
Pay Rate :
$17.75/per hour. Duties Unload, move, and deliver raw materials to production or staging areas. Return unused materials, empty color baskets, label regrind gaylords, and update Material Control boards accurately. Shrink-wrap, strap, and prepare product pallets (including 12-foot products) before safely transferring finished goods to the shipping department. Build pallets or add sides to secure items for transport. Keep storage bins, packaging supplies, and work areas clean and organized. Sweep designated areas daily, manage broken or reusable pallets, empty balers, and safely handle waste containers. Consolidate raw materials to optimize floor space and support cross-functional team needs as assigned. Qualifications Active forklift certification and hands-on experience operating material handling equipment. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfort bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and mounting/dismounting a forklift throughout shift operations. Ability to stand and walk continuously over 8- to 12-hour shifts in variable facility temperatures and high-noise environments (PPE provided). Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety and teamwork. Experience with inventory data entry or Inventory Management Systems (SAP preferred).
