Position Overview Iron City Flooring is seeking a dependable and versatile Warehouse Worker to join our customer-focused team. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing products, maintaining inventory, pulling customer and builder orders, loading vehicles, operating a forklift, and supporting the daily operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, unload, unpack, inspect, and properly store incoming products. Pull and prepare builder and customer orders accurately. Load orders safely into company and customer vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory and restock products as needed. Inspect products for damage and report issues promptly. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Drive a company vehicle as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) required for effective communication with our diverse customer and subcontractor base. At least one year of warehouse experience. At least one year of forklift operating experience. Valid driver's license. Ability to qualify for coverage under the company's automobile insurance policy. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and work with your hands throughout the workday. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Forklift experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have prior forklift operating experience. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the flooring, construction, or building-materials industry. Familiarity with flooring products, including tile, hardwood, vinyl, carpet, and installation materials. Experience using warehouse inventory or data-management systems.
