Job Overview Carton Craft Supply is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment and production support team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately, while also supporting our production operations. You will help keep product moving from receiving to production to the customer's door. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a manufacturing environment and build a strong foundation in warehousing and production support. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a team that is improving every day. Responsibilities Pick, verify, and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy Pack orders securely in crates and label shipments with accurate shipping information and product codes Prepare shipments for carrier pickup and scan and track them in our warehouse management system Meet daily and weekly shipping deadlines Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders Organize and store raw materials and inventory in the correct, clearly labeled locations Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies Support production operators by delivering materials to workstations and staging finished goods for inspection and shipping Inspect goods for damage or defects and report issues right away Safely operate pallet jacks and hand trucks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and follow all safety and OSHA requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Warehouse or order fulfillment experience helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn, cross-train, and adapt to different tasks Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Valid driver's license preferred What Success Looks Like in This Role The people who succeed here tend to: Take ownership of their work without needing constant direction Get orders right the first time and take pride in accuracy Stay focused and follow through, even when things get busy Accept feedback and use it to improve Work well with others and contribute to a strong team environment Look for ways to make processes better and more efficient Why Work Here Our core values guide how we operate: CX over Me Every solution, experience, and encounter are designed with you in mind. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and move freely throughout the warehouse Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to climb and reach Comfort working in a warehouse environment with temperature changes, noise, and dust Willingness to wear required PPE Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime during peak seasons
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
