$15.75 per hour
Schedule:

Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production documents. Basic math and counting skills required for inventory and material tracking. Experience Requirements 1 year of previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, printing, bindery, production, or distribution experience. Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, shrink-wrap equipment, or powered material handling equipment. Familiarity with inventory tracking, labeling, and warehouse procedures is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to identify print defects, damaged materials, and production issues. Experience using shrink-wrap, strapping, banding, and packaging equipment. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, stack, and transport materials on a regular basis. Ability to push and pull carts, pallets, and production materials. Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. Ability to work in a manufacturing, warehouse, or printing production environment. Job Duties Move, stack, organize, and transport paper stock, printed materials, labels, and production items throughout the facility. Inspect printed products for smearing, folding issues, defects, and quality concerns. Load and unload materials from pallets, carts, skids, and production equipment. Count, label, document, and track materials to maintain inventory accuracy. Wrap, band, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment. Assist press and bindery operators with material preparation and production support tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Support warehouse and production operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of orders.
