Statement :

Reflections of Trinity is a "Non-Profit" organization committed to serving the needs of families in crisis by supporting our Food Pantry with the help of our e-Commerce/Warehouse Team. Associate will support daily e-commerce operations by managing merchandise from intake to shipment, maintaining accuracy and quality standards, and assisting with customer and order-related needs for our non-profit organization.

Role Specific Responsibilities :

Photograph products and create detailed, accurate listings Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records Inspect items to ensure quality standards Prepare, stage, and coordinate merchandise for shipment Package and ship sold items in a timely manner Communicate with customers to support sales and service inquiries Meet production goals and guidelines established by management Process returns efficiently and accurately Perform additional duties as assigned

• Perform hands-on warehouse duties as needed, including sorting and organizing donations, preparing merchandise for the thrift store, and coordinating the loading and delivery of pallets of product from the warehouse to the store.

Requirements :

Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - self-motivated to meet deadlines Exhibits ability to multi-task on a regular basis. Close attention to detail - must be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality Able to communicate clearly, politely, and effectively verbally and in written media. Must be able to use proper spelling and grammar in written communications. Photography experience helpful Must be able to type at least 40 WPM. Specific experience with e-Bay helpful

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, based in Austell, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered

Rate:

$13 per hour or higher based on experience

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
