Shift Warehouse Operations Clerk:
Focus of position: The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the daily printing and processing of sales orders on the night shift. This individual will also be responsible for monitoring the workload and timely preparing the route to be dispatched. In addition to driving continuous improvements in the department this individual will place a high priority on detail and accuracy to successfully complete all tasks timely and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with Accounting that all customers are in good standing financially and orders are approved to release for printing. Using a warehouse management system, systematically print picking tickets for geographically specific routes. Actively monitors work with Shipping Manager to assure routes are being picked according to loading schedule. Creates the manifests of daily routes to ensure the trailer is loaded in a timely manner. Hand out work assignments to order selectors and update electronic tracing in warehouse management system. Update sales order information and generate/process invoices for each customer on route. Assemble route invoice paperwork for route loading. Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork. Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures. Gather, enter into warehouse management system, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping. Files all outbound paperwork so that it is easily accessible when needed. Create team environment through motivation and positive feedback of associates and through active communication. Communicate with other departments. Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service, and productivity of the receiving area. Ensure housekeeping standards are met daily. Promote a safe work environment. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Monday- Thursday:
2:00 pm- until work complete
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in Warehouse Operations Clerk role Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement in stressful situations Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist Strong written and oral communications skills Ability to multi task, detail oriented, highly organized and responsible Strong computer skills (WMS, Microsoft-Outlook, Excel, Word) Must have a positive attitude, professional demeanor and cooperative attitude. High school diploma or GED.
