Duties This is a multi-position role you will be expected to complete some manual labor and operate a forklift! Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups. Load and unload items using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety. Follow designated routes accurately while maintaining a professional attitude and positive customer interactions. Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when necessary, and ensure all documentation is completed correctly. Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries. Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory movement, sorting packages, and maintaining cleanliness of loading areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions professionally and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Valid CDL with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route planning and navigation tools. Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks involving moving goods regularly. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience in manual transmission driving is required; familiarity with courier or load & unload operations is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols diligently, and maintain punctuality throughout the workday.
