Beauty Master Columbus Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management- Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and ensure accurate records. Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods. Staff Supervision
- Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity. Safety Compliance
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Logistics Coordination
- Work with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to streamline shipping. Process Optimization
- Implement strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained. Reporting & Documentation
- Keep records of stock movements, audits, and compliance reports. Budget Management
- Monitor expenses and optimize costs within warehouse operations. Customer Service
- Address client concerns regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
Essential Skills:
Leadership & Team Management- Ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate warehouse staff. Organizational Skills
- Strong ability to manage stock, shipments, and daily warehouse activities. Problem-Solving
- Quick decision-making in resolving logistical and operational challenges. Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS). Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication for internal coordination and customer interaction. Time Management
- Efficiently handling multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. Attention to Detail
- Ensuring accuracy in stock management, documentation, and compliance. Physical Stamina
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments. Regulatory Knowledge
- Understanding safety, health, and environmental standards in warehouse management.
