Duluth, Georgia Position Summary Team Logix is a third-party logistics (3PL) company supporting e-commerce fulfillment and distribution. We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for picking, packing, and shipping-station work, from accurate order selection through final shipment verification and label printing. Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using picking instructions, WMS workflows, and mobile scanning devices.
• Pack orders carefully and efficiently; verify item, quantity, condition, and packaging quality before shipment.
• At the shipping station, scan and verify completed orders, weigh packages, check weight differences, and complete final inspections.
• Print and apply shipping labels accurately and verify shipment information before releasing packages.
• Set aside damaged items, quantity differences, weight discrepancies, address issues, or other exceptions for review.
• Stage completed and labeled packages for carrier pickup or local-delivery handoff.
• Operate authorized packing and shipping equipment after required training.
• Break down cardboard, support recycling, and keep picking, packing, and shipping areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality requirements; cross-train within picking, packing, and shipping-station functions as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned; duties may vary based on operational needs. Qualifications
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a positive, respectful, cooperative attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use or learn WMS software, mobile scanners, tablets, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to use basic math accurately, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Ability to meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards after the training and introductory period.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, consistent with applicable law. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift or move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
