We are seeking a reliable and physically strong individual to join our team as a Heavy Lifter. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, moving, and loading/unloading heavy materials, equipment, or products. This role requires physical endurance, safety awareness, and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 100 lbs]) manually or with lifting equipment Load and unload delivery trucks, pallets, and shipping containers Organize and stack materials in warehouse or job site locations Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment or event setups Report damaged items or unsafe conditions to supervisors Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently Perform basic maintenance and clean-up duties around the workspace

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (preferred) Proven experience in a similar role is a plus Ability to lift and carry heavy objects consistently throughout the shift Good physical stamina and manual dexterity Strong work ethic and dependability Familiarity with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
