specializes in event design and production for mitzvahs, corporate events, weddings, galas, and other special events. We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate - Driver, Delivery & Event Setup to support warehouse operations, transport event materials, and assist with event setup and teardown. This position helps ensure décor, drapery, lighting, props, and furniture are accurately prepared, safely transported, and ready for client events. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Pull, inspect, and prepare event décor, drapery, props, lighting, and furniture. Accurately load trucks according to event packing lists. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing event materials and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Driving & Transportation Safely operate company box trucks, including 16-ft. and 24-ft. non-CDL vehicles. Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse, event venues, and other destinations. Secure and transport event materials to help prevent damage during transit. Complete local and occasional out-of-state deliveries as assigned. Follow company driving, transportation, and safety procedures. Event Setup & Teardown Assist with on-site event setup, including drapery, lighting, props, signage, décor, and furniture. Safely climb ladders to install décor elements indoors and outdoors. Support event teardown, removal, and return of event materials and equipment. Work with event leadership and team members to support timely and professional event execution. Tools & Operational Support Safely operate approved hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, staple guns, and other equipment used for event setup. Assist with signage, decals, and other finishing details as assigned. Properly handle tools, equipment, décor, and event materials to prevent damage and maintain a safe work environment. Assist with warehouse and production priorities during high-volume event periods. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening. Ability to obtain and maintain required DOT certification. Strong teamwork, reliability, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow event packing lists and preparation instructions. Ability to safely operate approved hand and power tools used for event setup. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry 30-60 lbs independently, with team lifts required for heavier items. Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in hot or cold non-climate-controlled environments. Dependable and able to work scheduled hours based on operational, delivery, and event production needs. Preferred Qualifications Two (2) or more years of experience in warehouse operations, delivery, event setup, or a related role. Previous event industry experience preferred but not required. Work Environment & Schedule This position is based in our Flowery Branch warehouse, with driving, delivery, and work at event locations as required. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting, loading, unloading, driving, and moving event materials and equipment. Standard warehouse operations are primarily conducted during weekday hours. Event-related schedules may require split shifts, extended hours, late nights, weekends, travel, and occasional out-of-state deliveries. Flexibility is required based on event production and delivery needs.
Pay:
