The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse and distribution center, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to assist with inventory management and package handling. Perform inventory control tasks, including receiving, sorting, and organizing products within the distribution center. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Assist in heavy equipment operation as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain efficient workflow. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Support loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accurate documentation of inventory movements. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or distribution center operations is preferred. Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks as required by the job. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
