Job Description
ATL Logistic Hauling is a growing transportation and logistics company providing reliable freight management, warehouse support, and distribution solutions across multiple industries. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Loader to join our logistics operations team. This position plays an important role in ensuring freight is handled, organized, and prepared for transportation safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, follows safety procedures, has strong attention to detail, and can perform effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely load and unload freight, shipments, materials, and inventory. Transport and organize products throughout warehouse and storage areas. Arrange freight and shipments to support smooth and efficient operations. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition. Properly secure cargo to prevent damage during handling and transportation. Operate material-handling tools such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and related equipment. Assist with receiving deliveries, preparing shipments, and staging freight for pickup. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety standards, policies, and operational procedures. Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks and meet operational goals. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, freight handling, shipping, receiving, or loading is a plus but not required. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 pounds regularly. Comfortable performing physically demanding duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
