Full-Time PrideStaff Atlanta South is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible Warehouse Shipping Associate for an established manufacturing company. The Warehouse Shipping Associate will be responsible for assembling pallets, preparing products and materials for shipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations . This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to assist in other departments as production and business needs require. Key Responsibilities Assemble and prepare pallets for outgoing shipments , ensuring products are properly arranged and secured. Prepare, package, stage, and organize materials and finished products for shipment. Palletize, wrap, strap, label, and secure products for safe transportation. Verify products, quantities, part numbers, and shipping information against work orders and shipping documentation. Pick and prepare materials according to customer orders and production requirements. Inspect products and packaging for damage, accuracy, and quality before shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Move and stage materials throughout designated warehouse and shipping areas. Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and production documentation as required. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule. Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as authorized and trained. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or shipping concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Remain flexible and willing to assist in other departments as needed , including warehouse, production, fabrication, material handling, or other operational areas. Perform additional duties as assigned based on production and business needs. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred. Experience assembling pallets and preparing materials or finished products for shipment is a plus. Ability to accurately read work orders, shipping documents, labels, and product information. Ability to safely package, palletize, wrap, and secure materials for shipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data-entry skills preferred. Ability to accurately count and verify products and materials. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability and willingness to work across different departments and perform a variety of duties as needed . Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical duties throughout the shift. Because this is a team-oriented manufacturing operation, employees must be flexible regarding daily assignments and willing to assist other departments when additional support is needed . Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the work area and assigned responsibilities.
