Responsibilities Operate and maintain pavement marking equipment. Perform different work types in the pavement marking industry. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas. Utilize forklifts safely when necessary, following all operational guidelines. Contribute to positive work environment. Requirements (Age) 18+ Valid Driver's License. Pass a DOT physical & Entry/Random drug screen. Ability to travel out of state is required. Team mentality. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing, or walking for extended periods. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
