Duties Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping & receiving standards. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, utilizing order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and packaging materials to optimize efficiency. Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry or other inventory management software. Conduct stock replenishment, stocking, and inventory management tasks to ensure optimal stock levels for warehouse distribution. Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation to uphold inventory accuracy. Develop familiarity with product model numbers, part numbers, and product identification. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities accurately. Experience with inventory management software and data entry to maintain precise records. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and external vendors.
