This is a unique opportunity for a CDL driver who wants regional driving without being away from home all week . The position follows a predictable rotating schedule: 2 weeks driving regional routes → 2 weeks working in the warehouse While driving, you'll typically be home 3-4 nights per week and home every weekend , with only 1-2 overnight stays per week . Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $27.50/hour Overnight per diem Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Home every weekend Predictable rotating schedule Company-provided truck and delivery equipment Regional Driving Responsibilities During your two-week driving rotation, you will: Operate a sleeper tractor and 53' refrigerated trailer Deliver products to movie theatres throughout Georgia and select surrounding states Perform full-service, inside delivery at customer locations Safely operate an electric pallet jack, hand truck, and delivery cart Load and unload products as needed Provide professional and courteous service to customers Complete required delivery and driving documentation Follow all applicable DOT and company safety requirements Warehouse Responsibilities During your two-week warehouse rotation, you will: Pick and pull customer orders Prepare orders for shipment and delivery Load and organize freight Assist with receiving and general warehouse duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Equipment Provided Sleeper tractor 53' refrigerated trailer with reefer unit Electric pallet jack Hand truck Delivery cart Other equipment necessary to perform deliveries Qualifications Valid CDL and a safe driving record Clean MVR Ability to pass a background check Dependable and responsible work ethic Professional appearance and customer-service attitude Ability to safely perform inside delivery , including moving products into customer locations Ability to work independently while on the road Willingness to perform both driving and warehouse responsibilities
