We curate a welcoming showroom experience where shoppers discover unique, affordable pieces. Our team works together to keep the store organized, beautiful, and running smoothly every day. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our store, ensuring new arrivals are placed on the floor, customers receive timely assistance loading merchandise into their vehicles, and weekly store resets are completed smoothly. Responsibilities Maintain inventory on the showroom floor and in the warehouse Hang artwork and light fixtures throughout the store Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment, including hand trucks Assist with pick-up of sold items and drop-off of new consignment inventory Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the warehouse manager and merchandising team to optimize workflow Be flexible with tasks that may include assisting the sales staff Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management promptly Follow store security protocols, including proper locking procedures and access control Assist in protecting consignment inventory by maintaining awareness of store surroundings Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required Ability to operate hand trucks, dollies, and tall ladders safely Must be able to climb ladders regularly Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good physical stamina; able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent organizational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement Reliable, trustworthy, and security-conscious Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Requirements Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred) Customer service experience: 1 year (required) English fluency (required) Must be located in or able to commute to Roswell, GA 30075
