Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Recycling Associate and play a vital role in sustainable waste management and environmental conservation. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling recyclable materials, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Duties Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, and manage recyclable materials. Manual labor and heavy lifting required. Maintain cleanliness of work areas through sanitation practices and routine cleaning tasks to uphold safety protocols. Follow safety regulations diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operations and adhering to hazard management procedures. Support recycling processes by sorting recyclable materials accurately. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly for maintenance. Experience Prior experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to follow detailed safety protocols and environmental policies consistently. Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
