@JIBESTAFFING.COM Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and materials handling. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers with mechanical knowledge of their functions. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms for inventory tracking. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments and heavy equipment operation. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of packaging processes and manufacturing or construction environments is preferred. Previous experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is advantageous. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to support communication across diverse teams; fluency in additional languages will be considered a plus. Physical capability for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks required for stocking, order fulfillment, and load/unload activities.
