$18.00 per hour

Ability to read and follow product instructions, formulas, work orders, and production documentation. Basic math and recordkeeping skills required. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, material handling, resin blending, or injection molding experience preferred. Experience working with raw materials, inventory management, and production support activities. Ability to accurately document material usage, inventory transactions, and production data. Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus. Must be able to cross train with a line operator. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and specifications accurately. Knowledge of resin handling, color concentrate blending, and injection molding processes preferred. Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and production material flow. Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to frequently move raw materials, totes, bins, and production supplies. Ability to perform repetitive material handling and housekeeping activities. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment. Job Duties Blend color concentrates and resins according to established formulas and product specifications. Maintain an organized inventory of resin concentrates, raw materials, and production equipment. Supply raw materials to injection molding machines to support continuous production operations. Remove finished products from machines, assign Kanban tags, and complete required production documentation. Replenish stockers with empty tote boxes, liners, bags, and other production supplies. Fill raw material bins, track material usage, and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor bowl feeders, grinders, stockers, and related equipment to ensure proper operation. Dispose of rejected products and remove waste materials from production areas. Clean and organize manufacturing floors, warehouse areas, and workstations. Follow ISO quality standards, environmental procedures, OSHA regulations, and all company safety policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting production goals and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or management. "People at Staffmark are friendly and really help you find the right job." -Staffmark Associate What You Will Do As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures. ? Maintain an organized area of Resin Concentrates, Inventory, and equipment. ? Blend Color Concentrates and resins to proper formulas per product instructions. ? Supply and maintain supply of raw materials to all Injection Molding machines to maintain continuous production. ? Clear products from machines and assign appropriate Kanban tags and document on Product Sheets. ? Fill stockers with empty tote boxes, liners, and/or bags. ? Fill raw material bins, document usage, clean areas. ? Check to be sure bowl-feeders, stockers and grinders are working properly. ? Disposal of rejected products, and emptying trash containers. ? Clean and organize manufacturing floor and back warehouse areas. ? Comply with all OSHA, Fire Safety, EPA and other regulatory guidelines and rules. ? The Material Handler supports warehouse productivity by safely moving materials throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
