Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the smooth operation of our distribution center. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels and identify discrepancies promptly Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards Assist in packaging products securely for shipment, including labeling and documentation for international trade regulations when applicable Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking using inventory management software such as AS400 or similar systems Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold quality standards in order fulfillment Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools is advantageous Basic math skills are essential for counting stock accurately and processing shipments effectively Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus Strong data entry skills combined with attention to detail will ensure accurate record keeping and order processing Excellent customer service skills are important for communicating effectively with team members and supporting internal stakeholders Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with understanding of international trade regulations enhances your ability to handle complex logistics tasks confidently Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your proactive spirit fuels our success!
