What We Offer $16.50-$18.00 per hour based on position and shift Weekly pay Consistent Monday-Friday schedule First- and second-shift opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunity for long-term employment Opportunity to gain manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and equipment experience General Requirements Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, quality, or forklift experience is preferred Reliable attendance and transportation to the Rincon worksite Ability to remain active and productive throughout the shift Ability to repeatedly lift and move parts weighing up to 35 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to assist with general labor and production duties Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Production Associate Pull parts from designated racks and deliver them to production areas Support the production line and maintain a steady workflow Repeatedly lift and move parts weighing up to 35 pounds Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining accuracy Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Quality Inspector Inspect wiring harnesses and components for damage or defects Identify and report quality concerns Follow established inspection standards and work instructions Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shift Assist with production duties when needed Forklift Operator Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Load, unload, stage, and organize products Deliver materials to production and storage areas Support accurate and timely material flow Assist with warehouse and production duties when not operating a forklift

Important:

Forklift Operator positions are not 100% forklift operation. Operators must be willing to perform material handling, warehouse, and production work during the shift. Forklift experience or certification is required. Physical Requirements These positions require standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive lifting, and continuous physical activity.
