Utility LTO Operator- Rome, GA

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow all safety procedure when operating a fork/squeeze lift.
• Complete full lift truck inspection daily.
• Transport material to different warehouses.
• Using warehouse system, ensure material is correctly labeled, create finished material tickets, locate material needed, and store finished product in correct warehouse.
• Complete detailed necessary paperwork.
• Maintain conveyor belts empty.
• Mount and dismount lift truck throughout shift to verify product.
• Provide coworkers with necessary materials.
• Assist in the pickup and return of samples from lab to machines.
• Assist in the pickup of all waste and discard accordingly.
• Report any issues and incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain all work areas clean at all times.
• Perform any other duties throughout shift upon supervisor's request.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous lift truck experience preferred.
• Maintain lift truck certification.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtracting, division, etc.)
• Computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good Organization skills.
• Teamwork motivated.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with instructions, but without direct supervision.
